Two-Story, Load-Bearing Cold-Formed Steel Framing

All American Assisted Living at Warwick is a 58,000-sf senior living center with 58 rooms spread over two stories. The structure consists of cold-formed steel bearing walls supporting bar joists and pre-fabricated roof trusses. Iron Engineering provided the structural design of the cold-formed steel framing for gravity and lateral (seismic and wind) loads.
