Drafter

This salaried position is for 40 hours a week. The drafter will review architectural and structural plans to create shop drawings for the exterior wall framing for buildings. Salary to be $35-50K, based upon experience.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed coursework with AutoCAD®, or have experience using AutoCAD®. The ideal candidate would have an Associate degree in architecture, design, or a related field. Strong consideration will be given to candidates that have:

• Familiarity with construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
•Experience drafting detailed drawings in AutoCAD® 2015 or newer
•Experience with Bluebeam®
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work in a team, self-guide, and ask questions
•Effectiveness at managing time with strong organization skills
•Reliability
